Please read these terms carefully before using UK Fiber Broadband services in Haldwani.
UK Fiber Broadband provides high-speed internet services subject to technical feasibility at the subscriber's location. While we aim for 99.9% uptime, service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, fiber cuts beyond our control, or atmospheric conditions.
All plans are prepaid/postpaid as per the selected package. Invoices are generated on the 1st of every month. Payments must be settled within 7 days of the invoice date. Failure to pay will result in automatic service suspension. Reactivation charges may apply.
The ONT (Optical Network Terminal) and fiber cables provided at the time of installation remain the property of UK Fiber Broadband unless purchased outright. In case of service termination, the subscriber must return the equipment in good working condition.
To ensure the best experience for all users, commercial resale of bandwidth or redistribution of the connection to third parties outside the registered premises is strictly prohibited. Excessive usage that impacts network stability may result in speed throttling.
The subscriber agrees not to use the network for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: unauthorized hacking, hosting prohibited content, or any activity that violates the IT Act of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haldwani (Nainital), Uttarakhand.
